 Alexandra Milton is an artist and illustrator. She was born in Paris and brought up on a diet of beautifully illustrated children’s books. She studied art and English in Paris and then moved to England, where she worked as a primary school teacher before becoming a full-time illustrator. Her chosen media is collage. She has developed a unique artistic style, collecting paper from around the world that she tears and weaves into a multitude of layers to represent animals, birds, and plants.
