This book is a continuation of my last books about the “Nordic path of Initiation” and the following books about “Vidar” as the guardian and teacher on the threshold of the door of the Elements. It also builds on my book about the finding of the fourth door to the spiritual world, the door of Light (Love), together with a somewhat closer examination of all the doors, the door of the Sun, the door of Elements, the door of Death and the door of Light.

This book is also based on my book about the method of “Fading and Merging”, the method we can use to “walk” to any of the four doors, in the etheric world, and also further into the higher spiritual worlds, the Devachanic worlds.

This book will focus on the paths that lead to the four doors.

Are Thoresen was born in Norway in 1952. A doctor of veterinary medicine, he has also studied anthroposophic medicine, homeopathy, acupuncture, osteopathy, and agriculture. Since 1981, he has operated a private holistic practice in Sandefjord, Norway, for healing small animals and horses, as well as people. He has lectured widely, specializing in veterinary acupuncture, and has published dozens of scholarly articles. Since 1984, he has treated cancer patients, both human and animals, which has become the focus of much of his recent research. He is author of many books.
