Two curious fox cubs scamper out from their den on an adventure to discover what 'snow' is. Along the way, they encounter a cast of charming winter woodland creatures preparing for the cold, including wise old owls, hopping frogs, hibernating hedgehogs and busy bees. The two little foxes can't wait to jump, play and snuggle up when the snow comes, but can they make it home to Mother Fox in time?

Joanne Surman has a Masters in Illustration and began her career in advertising, weaving through many spheres of the design industry including software graphics, 3D modelling and animation for the computer games industry, children’s television (BBC and Channel 4), website design and interactive software design for heritage sites (National Trust and museums). She is now a full-time illustrator of children’s books. Snow? was the winner of the Stratford-Salariya Children’s Picture Book Prize.
